Return Timeframe
•    You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
•    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Return an Item
1.    Contact Us: Email us at service@rainwater-s.com or call 479.452.5836 within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
2.    Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
3.    Ship It Back: Use the prepaid return label provided (if applicable) or ship the item to:

o    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
4.    Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about approval or rejection.
Refunds
•    Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
•    Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective items or store error.
•    If an item is returned damaged, used beyond normal trying-on, or without tags, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
Exchanges
•    We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). Follow the same return process and specify your exchange preference when contacting us.
•    Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
Defective or Incorrect Items
•    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund, based on your preference and stock availability.
