For weddings we recommend the bride and groom come in. Try not to get too many people with different opinions on what they want to wear. It's your wedding and fine to tell others in the wedding party what style you want everyone to wear.

Pick out the styles and colors for all the men in your wedding party.

Set up the date of the event and amount of time tux needed. If it is a wedding have your wedding party's names and phone numbers for us. This includes groomsmen, fathers of bride & groom, ushers, ring bearers etc. 

Rainwater's has over 40 years of experience rentals tuxedos and selling fitting fine suits to men. When possible we like to measure our customers because we know the fit of our styles. Men do not need to try everything for us to get good measurements. They do try everything on at pick up time. If your men are from out of town it is fine for them to get measured where they live. Simply provide us with the sizes. 

Rainwater's prefers to get your deposit paid at the time of order. This lets us know you are serious about your order.

At Rainwater's, we want to make sure you are happy with your tuxedo. We ask everyone to try on your tux in our store. This allows us to check fit and make sure you are happy with everything. We ask you to tell your wedding party to come in try on there tux. If they live out of town please tell them to allow time in their travel plans for this. Rainwater's normal pick up is 2 days before your event. 

The normal return is the first business day after your event. If it is a weekend event Monday is the normal day for the return. On return, we refund your deposit to you.
